Top China Travel accepts wire transfer, credit card and PayPal payments. Detailed information and steps are listed as below:

PayPal

Top China Travel accepts PayPal for payment. It is the safe and convenient payment method that millions of online buyers and sellers use for their online transaction. Top China Travel accepts this tool of payment to give our customers more flexibility, security and guaranteed mutual benefits. If you choose PayPal for payment, you are required to pay an extra 3.5 % of the total amount as the handling fee. Our PayPal account is: pay@yunskytravel.com. We will email to confirm your booking after we receive the acknowledge email from our PayPal account.

PayPal, as the 3rd payment platform, accepts the payment by your PayPal account or Credit Card( incl. Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, and Discover) .

Wire Transfer

1. Traditional Bank Wire Transfer

If choosing to pay by wire transfer, the client will be requested to send the copy of bank transaction receipts or stubs to us. Once we have received the copy, we will proceed to secure your booking. The bank information and the corresponding account are listed as follow:

2. International Transfer via Wise (Recommended New Option)

We now accept cross-border payments via Wise. This option offers lower transfer fees, fast processing time, and real-time exchange rates with no hidden charges.

Please scan the QR code or click the [payment link] to proceed. Enter the agreed amount, select your preferred currency, and complete the payment directly.

Credit Card

We accept credit card (Visa or Master Card). When you confirm our proposal with quotation and hope to pay through credit card, we will send you a payment link or QR Code for payment. Please clink our payment link or scan our QR Code, input your email address and pay through your credit card accordingly.

If you choose to pay through credit card, it will cause an extra handling fee (3.5% of the total amount), which we will show on the invoice we sent to you.

Alipay

For those who are living in China and are used mobile payment, it is a convenient and safe way for the payment. You just need to open the Alipay App, then scan the below Alipay QR code as below. Our Alipay account is pay@citsguilin.com and the beneficiary is 桂林中国国际旅行社有限责任公司 (China International Travel Service Guilin Co., Ltd).

WeChat Payment

It is also suitable for those who are living in China to do a convenient mobile payment. Please open your WeChat App and scan below WeChat QR code for payment.

Condition of Deposit & Final Payment

An early booking refers to a booking made more than 90 days before the departure date. A deposit of 30% of the total tour fare is due if you make an early booking. The outstanding balance (70%) will be paid 30 days prior to departure date from your country. Generally speaking, full payment is requested before your arrival date.

A Late booking refers to a booking made in 45 days of the departure date, and are subject to availability. A late booking will only be taken with full payment. The deadline for full payment is 15 days prior to departure date from your country.

Please note that the balance due date will appear on your invoice and NO REMINDER for settlement will be sent. Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
