There is a saying: The first impression is a lasting one! When we came out at the airport arrivals, the first thing we saw was a happy smiling man with a red YUNSKY board with our name on. Paul you were great and you became like family to us. This was a trip of a lifetime and one that we will forever cherish and never regret we took. This YUNSKY tour was perfect for my wife and I. Every step of the tour was handled with the utmost professionalism by each of the guides in the cities. One of the most memorable highlights was walking on the Great Wall, unforgettable and utterly amazing.
Another highlight of the tour was the high speed train from Beijing to Xi-an, seeing the terracotta warriors in Xi-an and also meeting the farmer who discovered the terracotta warriors. The gorgeous scenery on the Li river cruise as well as the Luisanje light and sound show left a memorable impression. The cosmopolitan atmosphere in Shanghai, the shopping experience, night shows in Hong Kong was amazing.
Paul, Verno, Mico and Avan you were the best local guides, we couldn't have asked for anyone better!
Lastly, Maggie Qin is a great asset for your company YUNSKY. From my first internet request she was always available and helpful, changing the program to suite me and altering the hotel itinerary to suite my personal requirements. She was even available to assist me and put me at ease when the plane and train were delayed, contacting me at regular intervals to make sure that we were fine. The delays were not YUNSKY's fault. On both occasions Maggie was off duty and well past office hours, even after 23h00 and still available and concerned about us.
