Yes, they can be trusted

It was our first time visiting China and I am extremely glad we did it with YUNSKY. Tracy Su our travel consultant catered to our every request with the utmost patience despite the number of changes we made. Not once did we come across any hindrance thoroughly our trip. Everything was really systematic and they delivered the promised quality. The guides were all polite and respectful and friendly making us feel comfortable in a foreign country.
We were skeptical about trusting an agency not based in our country but it was the best decision we made considering the perfection of a trip we received.

The most amazing experience

We had the perfect 36 days trip to China arranged by Rebecca from YUNSKY. We were 2 couples in a private tour.
From the plan, to the beautiful sites, great hotels, knowledgeable and dedicated local guides, to the on going support of theTCT office all along the trip, we had the most amazing experience.
We got to meet China's friendly, hard working and proud people. We saw the amazing progress achieved in such a short time. We learned about the history, cultures, and we experienced China's beautiful nature, ancient cities and countryside , and the beautiful metropolitans.

Six days in Zhangjiajie 2/20/2024

The timing of my planned trip was not the best, we were greeted with snow and mostly cloudy and rain. Fortunately, thanks to the resourceful enthusiastic tour guide Linda, she was able to kept 99% of our itinerary. We saw the wonderful winter landscape of Zhangjiajie, walk over the glass bridge as soon as it reopened after the snow.This beautiful national park is so well preserved . The amazing views Canberra easily observed by all kinds of visitors. Linda even invited us to celebrate the Chinese Valentine festival which was not in the itinerary on her expense.The overall experience of this six days Zhangjiajie trip was way over my expectation. The accommodations, transportation were top notch.
Many thanks to Joyce for planning the itinerary and Linda the exceptional, kind, cheerful guide.
Another note to add is the high speed railway system. The facility, the cleanliness and comfort make the air travel a distant second

Great Tibetan Tour experience

Yun Sky Travel has customised for our group of 6 from Beijing to Lhasa & on with the 8 days Lhasa, Everest Base Camp tour.
They have meticulously arranged for respective tour guide and driver to cater to our requirements.
Ms Yocky whom I have been liaising has been very accommodating. We wanted to change our accomodation at the Base Camp in the last minute and she can arrange so, without any fuss.
Now I am considering for all my future China tours to be customised by Yun Sky Travel.

Excellent service with Rebecca from YUNSKY.

We had a private tour for 18 amazing days in Yunnan, Zhangjiajie and Guilin.
Rebecca made all the planning for us and the execution was perfect.
Had some excellent English speaking guides.
Thank you May, Sally, Sophia, Lee, Ashley and Jacky !!!
Everything was well orgaanized, we had a super busy itinirary and our guides always took a great care of us .They made sure we are super happy.
Superb experience, highly recommended!

A great experience

We went for a 14 days “classic” China tour, staying in Beijing, Datong, Pingyao, Xi'an, Guilin,Shanghai and Suzhou. The organization was perfect, drivers and guide encountered in each location were kind, helpful and experienced. We had as well the opportunity to taste local foods recommended by the local guide. The experience was great and we enjoyed it so much. I strongly recommend this tour operator. A personal suggestion for the travellers would be to spend more time in Shanghai and less in Suzhou.

China Highlights in 10 days: from Beijing, via Xian, to Shanghai.

Absolutely phenomenal trip. We are so grateful for all the help that Yocky and her team of guides (Jessie, LiYing and Mary) provided us. We had the best holiday, which was all the more special as it was our last before our baby arrives.
My gf and I were looking for a group tour with one of the big brand companies, but neither their prices nor dates worked for us. Then we found YUNSKY, who offered us a private tour covering all the same sights, with our own private guide(s), private car and personal driver – ALL FOR LESS THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES!
I'll confess I thought it was too good to be true, but when we got off the plane – there was our first guide waiting excitedly to take us to our hotel. A repeating trait of all of our guides as moved from city to city. We had nothing but flexible and thoughtful service throughout. The hotels were comfy and clean, the food was delicious and varied, not once were we taken into the shop of some distant-relative and persuaded to buy their wares. We cut bits off the trip if we'd decided we wanted to do something else, and YUNSKY were amazing at adapting the schedule to accommodate us. We even moved tour dates around so we could squeeze in a day at a theme park!
Brilliant company and a big thank you to all the lovely ladies who made the trip so special! Xx

A very good private tour of Beijing and Shanghai

My family had three senior citizens (2 in their seventies and 1 in her sixties) along with a disabled (autistic) person in her forties and YUNSKY took good care of all of us. We had a private tour (five of us) for a week in Beijing and Shanghai. Kudos to our Beijing guide Sisi who ensured that facilities were available to aid my family members through the long walks and ensured we had disabled access for wheelchairs and such. Highly recommend Sisi for Beijing tours as not only is she patient, friendly and cheerful but she takes the initiative to arrange the tour in a way that allows all the sites to be covered in an orderly manner without unnecessary delays or queues. I would also recommend Mary for the tour in Shanghai as she manage to ensure our Shanghai tour ran smoothly as well and took the initiative to actually wait at the ticket counter a few hours earlier to ensure we had tickets for the Huangpu river cruise.
Overall, it was a memorable trip and special thanks to Lily from YUNSKY who was patient with me to slowly plan out this private tour along with accommodating all my requests. YUNSKY is a real deal and can be trusted.

Zhangjiajie, Fenghuang and Changsha

I would like to thank you Lily to help us arrange such a wonderful trip to Zhangjiajie, Fenghuang and Changsha ( 7 days 6 nights) Its a private tour for a group of six people.
Everything is well organised.
It's an amazing tour, we enjoyed viewing the nice sceneries and beautiful mountains.
Tour guide Lily is highly recommend as she is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall , it's a great experience.
