Dear Yun Sky Travel,

We hope that you could kindly pass on our utmost gratitude for the outstanding hospitality that was shown to our family by Mr Mok Renhui, the tour guide for our trip to Guilin from 11 May to 18 May 2011.
There were 12 adults and 1 child on the trip. All of us have enjoyed ourselves and are grateful that Renhui has made the trip so memorable for us. He had given us good advice on the customised itinerary and had been flexible in tour arrangements when some of our elderly family members were burnt out from the fully packed itinerary and needed more rest. He was always ready to assist in any way he could throughout the trip. From assisting to carry our luggages, accompanying my sister in law to the airport (she had fallen ill on the third day of the trip and decided to return to Singapore), offering my mom his jacket when it is cold on the Longji Mountain at night to calling his friends to help to make payment for our hotel booking on our behalf (we arranged for our own hotel stay and they do not take reservation until 5 hours before checking in), his service has been wonderful.
How Renhui kept up his sense of humour, enthusiasm and energy levels throughout the trip is beyond our belief. He is truly a credit to your company and fully epitomises what 5 star service is all about. Please pass on our thanks to him once again and I hope you will be able to offer him some kind of accolade for his tremendous efforts in making our holiday with you so enjoyable. We hope to return again in the not too distant future.
