Discover the off-the-beaten alley, to taste the local flavors as a foodie. We will get a sense of how local Beijingers live and enjoy the locals' culinary delights, which is an essential part of Beijing life. 

17:00 You will be picked up from your hotel located in the downtown of Beijing (Within 3rd ring road), Then we will forward to the most authentic Hutong area in the Dongcheng District. Then we will start our culinary trip by visiting some family-run restaurants, hitting some eateries where local people treat themselves and friends. We will visit about 4-5 food stops, tasting over 10 local food and local beverage, such as a famous local breakfast food -pancake, Chinese donkey hamburger, lamb kebab, pot-stew vegetables, 5 favorite dim sums of empress dowager, roast duck, hand-made yogurt, soda beverage (local Fanta), craft beer, etc.
 

After the Hutong food safari, we will sit in a local popular roast duck restaurant, to enjoy the famous Beijing specialty. Roast duck meat with crispy skin, wrapped in freshly-made pancakes is really a one-of-a-kind delicacy. The next stop is a local brewery with a pint of Beijing craft beer. Then we will drive back to drop you off at your hotel before 21:00.
