Great attitude and responsible YUNSKY coordinator (Ms Amelie)
Organising our 5-day Guangzhou tour
This is our first time working with YUNSKY to organise a family group tour for 13 in China. Ms Rita was assigned to us and coordinated the details with the local guide.
Amelie's exceptional service truly stood out for us. She was able to manage our changing needs seamlessly and patiently. We appreciate Amelie was timely and proactive in addressing our concerns and following up on outstanding issues. We want to commend her dedication and professionalism displayed throughout our interactions with her.
