Hi Tina,
First, I want to thank Janet for the organization tour she booked for the 3 of us.
It was a pleasure to met her in Guilin during our tour. Thanks again for the nice gift she offered us.
When I first booked the tour by internet, I wasn t sure about how this 9 days tour will be setup because I didn t know your agency; I always got a very good email communication & followup with Janet to secure me on how I will pay the total amount and how everything will be organize. I also had some chinese friends in Beijing working with my brother Alain to make sure I understand cleary what its include for the price.
I want to thank sincerely each guide for their excellent help to secure us on travelling around from point A to B from for (train station to the city ,car during the days, going to airport and check our booking, boat and hotel bookings) according our schedule, explaining excursions sites in english, bringing us in restaurant.
