Hello Rebecca,

Just a quick note about our recent travel to China.

We have travelled to five continents on dozens of vacations and our most recent experience with YUNSKY was the best ever. Rebecca was an outstanding tour operator, always responding with answers to our questions and giving great advice. She is truly an asset to your firm.

The local guides were also fabulous. We were well pleased with the service and they acted as “mother hens” in guiding and keeping us safe. Our accommodations were excellent except for one and it wasn't too bad. Food and restaurant choices were also excellent.

A few suggestions and comments:

Some of the instructions were confusing…especially concerning the cruise;

The evaluation forms should not be given to the guides if you expect honest responses. Tourists feel uncomfortable knowing the guide will read the forms in their presence. Perhaps mailing them in would be better;

It would be nice to have a hotel with a self service laundry about half way through the journey;

Is it possible to know in advance, the cost of the optional tours and/or shows?

We live in a retirement community called The Villages. Check it out on line. Most of the 125,000 people who live here travel someplace at least annually. I think a combination of someone like Rebecca with our group in attendance to sing the praises of your firm, could result in many more people using YUNSKY. I suggest you consider sending Rebecca here if we can arrange to do some seminars. The cost would be minimum as she is welcomed to reside with us. All that is needed is airfare.

I also have an idea about updating your printed materials into more proper American, British or Australian English…but more on that later.
