Tracy Su from Yun Sky Travel was very professional, helpful and efficient. My emails were answered promptly, in good English, and I was confident that the tour would be well organised. Yun Sky Travel were very flexible as we wanted to stay in a particular hotel in Guilin and Tracy arranged this for us.
Our tour guide, Wendy, was excellent too. She spoke English well, was kind and considerate, has a wealth of knowledge on the area and she made the tour interesting. We visited a few restaurants and Wendy helped us with the menu each time as it was not in English! Our driver, Mr.Zhang, was kind and courteous and we were driven around in a very smart, clean, air conditioned car. I would definitely recommend using Yun Sky Travel.
