Hi Maggie,

Our experience was 8 points over 10.

The organization prior to the trip was perfect, quick replies and flexibility to our needs.

On the trip the tour guides where very professional, and had a very good english level (except Snow in Shanghai). Snow solved us the transportation by train to Suzhuo due to the terrific traffic jam on holidays on April 4, 5 and 6th. He could not find train tickets to Hangzhou so we missed that tour and lost usd 400. It was not YUNSKY fault the traffic jam but also It was not our fault not to be adviced that that dates were holidays in China (I doubted a lot before booking this tour due to the 3 hour trip so imagine that I cancelled it immediately when we experienced 4 hours to reach Zhujiajiao water town on April 3rd).

Lunchs where very good in all places except in Zhujiajao.

The rest of the trip was very good, flexible and with no pressure to visit pearl markets. We only went in Beijing to a place where we received a free massage and then we were sold some medical herbs, but they refunded me my money because I did not like how commercial was the professor and all persons in that place.
