First, I want you to know that we had a wonderful time in China. You live in a very beautiful country, and we had the opportunity to meet many very friendly people.

We truly enjoyed our experience and will have many wonderful memories that we share with our family and friends.

Please understand that we are very pleased with the service that Kattie provided. She is very knowledgeable and speaks very well. We really enjoyed our time with her.

I would recommend her to my family and friends.
