Dear Lily,

Julie and I are now back in the UK and Alexandra is back at work. I wanted to thank you for organising such a wonderful Tour.

Everything you arranged was first class and each of our Tour guides was friendly, helpful and efficient (we liked them all!).

You have now organised two holidays for us, and both have surpassed expectations! You have really known what to recommend and what to arrange for us.

Thank you for the gift of the chop-sticks, it really was not necessary for you to give up your Sunday morning to present them, but your gesture was very much appreciated. It was nice to put a face to the emails and telephone calls! I now need to hone my eating-skills!

We may very well be back, and if and when we return I will be sure to contact you!
