Yangzhou Xianhe Mosque is a major southeastern Chinese mosque associated with Yangzhou's long history of overseas and canal exchange. Its name refers to a crane-like plan in traditional descriptions. The neighborhoods around Nanjing's mosque and old city can still be useful for food searches, but permanent-market claims and decades-old shop lists should not guide a current trip.
