Dear Ms. Chan,

Thank you for the email asking about my recent trip to China. I am pleased that I chose Yun Sky Travel and can truly say that there was not a single thing that, in my opinion, calls for improvement. I must also say that I am somewhat difficult to please. Your arrangements and staff met and exceeded every expectation. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge exhibited by the guides (along with their command of English). I am particularly interested in history and your guides showed great familiarity with the history of the cities we visited. The drivers were extremely helpful and always cheerful. The hotels were centrally located and the hotel staffs were welcoming and helpful.

I am already planning a return trip to China in 2016 and would like to go to the Mt. Everest Base Camp. Our excellent guide in Lhasa, Ngodup, promised that he would be available to accompany me on that trip. I would return to China sooner, but have already made plans to visit Bhutan in 2015. In any case, I shall certainly book my next China trip with your agency.

I must also say that I was pleased that the air travel in China was booked with China Eastern Airlines. As a SkyTeam Elite Plus member, I was extended every courtesy, including extra luggage allowances.

Lastly, Bonnie was most helpful in the arrangements; I could not have asked for a more competent agent. She was always prompt with her answers to any questions and I am certain that the trip would not have been such a pleasure were it not for her excellent work.

I look forward to using Yun Sky Travel in the future and have already begun to “sing your praises” to friends who have expressed a desire to visit China.
