Arrive in Huangshan, the gateway to Mt. Huangshan, known as the No. 1 Mountain under Heaven. Your local guide will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel.

In the evening, explore Tunxi Old Street independently. This historic commercial street, once described by a European architect as the Eastern Ancient Rome, is lined with traditional architecture and offers a range of local food.

[09:00-09:30] Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and start today's exploration of Mt. Huangshan. You can store your luggage in the hotel and travel light.

[09:30-12:30]Begin a full-day exploration of Mt. Huangshan, one of China's best-known scenic areas. The mountain is associated with four signature sights: sculpted pines, unusual rock formations, seas of clouds and clear hot springs. Ride the cable car uphill and walk about half an hour to the Xihai Hotel, passing Lion Peak and Shixin Peak on the way.

[12:30-13:30] Check-in and have lunch at the hotel's restaurant. There is less choice for food on the mountain and the best option would be in the hotel.

[13:30-18:30]Spend the afternoon hiking through Grand Canyon of Xihai (West Sea), a central section of the Xihai Scenic Area. The circular trail begins near Paiyun Pavilion and connects toward the White Cloud Area at Fairy-walking Bridge before returning to the hotel.

Note: Though the cable car takes you uphill, you still need to walk quite a distance to reach hotels, restaurants and viewing spots on the mountain

Mt. Huangshan

[06:00-12:00]Rise early and walk to Danxia Peak or a nearby summit to look for sunrise and a sea of clouds, subject to the weather. Return to the hotel for a short break, then descend Mt. Huangshan by cable car.

[12:00-13:30] Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant in the old town and get your luggage which is stored in the hotel you stayed in the city of Huangshan. After that, be transferred to Huangshan city.

[13:30-16:30]Visit Hongcun Village, where traditional Huizhou houses, ancestral halls, bridges, wells and pavilions stand within a rural setting. You may also sample the village's well-known local bean-curd snack.

[16:30-17:30] Drive back to Huangshan city and check in your hotel. Enjoy your free evening.

Hongcun Village

After breakfast and check-out, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and drive about 1.5 hours to Wuyuan. The countryside is known for rapeseed flowers from March to April and red foliage from November to December, making it popular with photographers and travelers interested in rural scenery.

Arrive at Wuyuan and visit Huangling, an ancient Hui-style village with over 600 years' history. As the must-see place in Wuyuan, the scenery in Huangling has no limit on seasons.

Lunch would be local food served at the local restaurant. Stay overnight in Wuyuan.

Wuyuan Landscape

Begin with a roughly 50-minute drive to Jiangling, one of Wuyuan's principal viewpoints. Continue along country roads to Xiaoqi, where old trees, historic lanes and traditional buildings create the character of a secluded village. The route then reaches Wangkou, noted for its commercial history and surviving relics dating back to the Song Dynasty.

Lunch would be local food served at the local restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will visit Likeng, a village renowned for the Hui style architecture. While stepping into the village, you could see the hilly houses, different villages along the flowing streams and crossed stone paths, which seems to be a typical Chinese landscape painting.

After the tour, you will be transferred to Mt. Sanqingshan with 1.5hrs journey. You will stay overnight at the hotel on the foothill of Mt. Sanqingshan.

Wuyuan Landscape

[08:00-08:30]Meet your guide in the hotel lobby and begin exploring Mt. Sanqingshan, a sacred Taoist mountain recognized as a UNESCO Global Geopark for its distinctive geological formations.

[08:30-12:00] Take the Jinshan cable car up to the mountain. En route, you will appreciate the scenery in Nanqingyuan Scenic Area and Sunshine Coast Scenic Area, including the famous Goddess Peak and Python Peak.

[12:00-13:30] Have lunch at the restaurant and have a short rest.

[13:30-17:30] Continue through Sanqing Paradise Heaven Area and West Coast Area to see Taoist cultural sites, including the Three Palace. Pass A Gleam of Sky and Goddess Plank, then return to the cable-car station and descend the mountain.

Your guide will accompany you back to the hotel. Stay overnight in Mt. Sanqingshan.

After breakfast, check out and meet your guide and driver in the hotel lobby. Drive about 1.5 hours to Shangrao Station for the high-speed train to your next destination; your guide will accompany you to the entrance and assist with check-in.
