Take a high speed train to Guilin by yourself, be greeted by your guide in Guilin West Railway Station and check in your hotel in Guilin for rest.

Elephant Trunk Hill

In the morning, our local guide will pick you up from hotel lobby at about 08:30 and drive toward Longsheng directly. It takes about 2-2.5 hours driving along the mountainous road to Longji Terraces Scenic Area. You will be stunned by the magnificent terraced paddy fields in the hill slope, surrounding the minority villages. Free time for you to climb and visit Longji Terraces before lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, walk through Ping'an Zhuang village, where you may see residents working in the fields, women doing needlework beneath the roofs and children playing in the lanes. Return to Guilin in the late afternoon, with the tour ending at about 17:30.

Longji Rice Fields

The highlight sightseeing today is a leisurely Li River cruise down to Yangshuo. Meandering through valleys, bamboo groves and mysterious Karst rock formations, the cruise will affords you a glimpse of a life far removed from the concrete jungle. After disembarking, stroll around the West Street which is the oldest street in Yangshuo with a history of more than 1,400 years. It now becomes a place that mixes the eastern and western culture harmoniously. Drive back to the Guilin through express way, while you will appreciate the Yangshuo ten-mile Gallery on the road.

Li River Cruise

After breakfast, visit Elephant Trunk Hill park and Reed Flute Cave. Private transfer service to railway station from your hotel for a high speed train to Chongqing. Be greeted by our guide in Chongqing and check into your hotel in Chongqing.

After breakfast, you will take a city tour of Chongqing Three Gorges Museum – know more about Three Gorges culture, Ancient Town of Ciqikou – the ancient Chongqing city, Liziba Station, which is a famous subway station in Chongqing, China, whose view of subway crossing the building is popular on the Internet.

Ride the Yangtze River Ropeway, a representative form of transport in this mountain city, across to the opposite bank. Continue to Hong Ya Cave to see its group of stilted buildings, walk the old mountain-city street, encounter Ba-Yu culture and sample local food. Afterwards, return to the hotel and keep the rest of the time free.

Liziba Station

After breakfast, be transferred to take a high speed train to Zhangjiajie. The guide in Zhangjiajie will wait for you at the railway station. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant. You will visit Tianmen Mountain this afternoon, explore the six wonders of Tianmen Mountain including: Tianmen Mt Cable car, Glass Skywalk, Tianmen Temple, Bonsai Garden, Tianmen Cave, Connected-Heaven Avenue, etc.

Afte the tour, check in your hotel in Wulingyuan for rest.

Tianmen Mountain

Today you will visit Yuanjiajie Scenic Area by taking the Bailong Elevator. This spot is a highlight of your private Zhangjiajie tour, famous in the world for the Hallelujah Mountains that appeared in the movie Avatar, and the magnificent “The First Stone Bridge in the World”. Then we will take a battery car to visit Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve, where you could see mountains, grand valleys, and original forests. If you are lucky, you may see the marvelous sea of clouds.

Afterwards, take the small train through Ten-mile Gallery at your own expense. Along the 5 km route, rocks form varied shapes that resemble a natural landscape painting. At the end of the day, return to your Zhangjiajie hotel to rest.

Zhangjiajie Natural Forest Park

Today, after breakfast, our guide will escort you to visit the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, the longest and highest glass bridge in the world. A la Carte lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant. After that, then visit Baofeng Lake which is praised as the Jade Pool in the world. Here, you can see the waterfalls hanged on the mountain, the crystal water surrounded by the unique mountains, and you can also learn the folk songs of the Tujia Ethnic Group while you ride a boat on the lake.

After the tour, be transferred to airport for your flight to Shanghai.

Grand Canyon Glass Bridge

The last day but still an inspiring day to explore the city of Shanghai,the largest and most modern city in mainland China. We will start the tour by walking into Nong Tang, the alleys in Shikumen, where you could witness the locals' relaxing and plain life. You will also find the unique architectural feature of Shanghai.

Continue to Yuyuan Garden, a classical Chinese garden in central Shanghai, followed by the nearby Yuyuan Bazaar (Chenghuangmiao Old Street).

After an à-la-carte lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the base of The Oriental Pearl TV Tower and visit the Shanghai City History Museum (formerly the Shanghai Wax Museum) for an introduction to the city's history and development. Take the elevator to the tower's second sphere for a bird's-eye view, then drive through Lujiazui, Shanghai's Pudong finance and trade district, to see its modern skyline.

Return to the Bund, to view the illuminated buildings along the Huangpu River. From the waterfront, look across the river toward the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the surrounding high-rise skyline.
